What do you like best about Curogram?

I love that each conversation is linked to a client’s profile, so I can easily keep track of who I’m chatting with without needing to re-verify a phone number or date of birth. I also appreciate being able to assign tasks to peers and have those tasks connected directly to the conversation, which keeps everything organized and easy to find in one place. I also feel that the UI is super user friendly. I was able to hop in and do what I need for my job without having to go through a bunch of training and tutorials. What do you dislike about Curogram?

The one hiccup I’ve run into is that you can’t choose which phone number an SMS is sent to; it always goes to the primary number on file. In medical settings—especially mental health—there are times when we need to message only one of the numbers on file, rather than reaching both. I’d really love to see an option added in the future that lets us select which recipient number to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Curogram solving and how is that benefiting you?

Curogram is wonderful because it lets me reach out to clients in whatever way is most convenient for them. Having to call clients for basic follow-ups that could easily be handled via text feels like such a waste of time. It also helps that clients can quickly send images, like insurance cards, by text instead of me having to direct them to our email. On top of that, it allows us to send reminders about scheduled appointments and missed payments, and even to help clients book an appointment when nothing is currently scheduled.
