I like that Curb Hero makes it easy for people to sign in, and I experience a much higher percentage of sign-in rates with it than any other sign-in method I've tried in the past. It's easy to set up, and it pulls information straight from my MLS listing, including pictures. I can have my listing up and running in a matter of minutes, and the initial setup was extremely easy. Sometimes, people don't see the link where they need to sign in. When they scan the QR code, there's one additional step that I wish could be eliminated.
