What do you like best about CultureMonkey?

What I like most about CultureMonkey is how well it fits our current needs while staying within budget. It allows us to run anonymous surveys easily and share them across multiple channels, which has really helped with participation.

The analytics are clear and useful, especially the heatmaps, which make it easy to spot trends and key focus areas quickly. On top of that, the support from the team has been great, responsive and easy to work with.

What do you dislike about CultureMonkey?

I wouldn’t call it a dislike, but more an area of improvement. Having used CultureMonkey for close to three years now, I’d love to see more continuous enhancements especially around the use of AI to generate deeper, more actionable insights from the data.

It would also be great to explore more innovative and engaging ways of running surveys, beyond the traditional formats, to keep participation high and the experience fresh for employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CultureMonkey helps create a safe and anonymous space for employees to share honest, candid feedback, something that isn’t always possible through regular channels.

For us, it means we’re able to go beyond surface-level observations and identify underlying issues or themes that might otherwise go unnoticed. It gives us clear direction on what truly matters to employees, allowing us to take more meaningful, data-driven actions that improve overall engagement and experience.
