What do you like best about CultureMonkey?

The biggest thing is workforce access. It’s easy to get to frontline employees using mobile access and QR codes. The CultureMonkey team has been incredibly supportive, adapting the platform to our needs and helping us get those conversations going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CultureMonkey?

What problems is CultureMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the challenge of reaching our frontline workforce across different languages and locations. It’s saved time for HR and made the process less disruptive. We’re now able to gather feedback easily and take meaningful action based on it. The other element is the Culture Monkey team who demonstrates true partnership with us for the last 3 years, helping us strategically leverage the CM platform and is always willing to creatively offer options to solve our challenges.
