What do you like best about Culture Amp?

Daily learning is the best for sure.

I've made it part of my every day to take a course and practice what I learn from culture amp. The opportunity always comes up and I always see the difference it makes.

I've become better at 1 on 1 sessions, my meeting management has improved drastically, and my strategic thinking skills have become good enough that I've had notable interactions with my bosses.

Since my last update to this review, I've been promoted (yaay) so now I'm using culture amp to keep my skills up to date AND Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

That I cannot take more than one course at a time, although I understand why it doesn't let me, so I can learn well and apply well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Culture Amp:

Remember that culture is what you do every day. The software helps, but ultimately it's your leadership who must set the pace.

Culture amp is a good book you can read a bit out of every day. Read a bit every day, it will compound into your success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Culture Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managerial soft skills.

Culture amp is keeping me up to date on the human skills I need to be a good manager for my team. The 1 on 1 feature is one of my favorite, because it allows me and my team members to follow up on what's important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
