What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I love that you are provided set questions to use within the surveys, and you are also able to amend and change as you require. You have complete control of your surveys, and the data is rich once completed, which you can analyse and delve into Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

I dislike the portal in that you have to click lots of sections to get the specific information you need - I wish this was easier or more intuitive. It can be a bit slow at times too with all the data and information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Culture Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving the need for rich and usable data. It give you lots of information which you can use to improve the company and engagement and wellbeing of employees. It is also providing key questions to ask our employees so we are capture the right responses and feedback to improve the organisation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
