"Culture Amp: Great UI, Helpful Support, and a Strong One-Stop Shop"

What do you like best about Culture Amp?

I have used Culture Amp at several organizations, throughout the last decade. They are an organization that is a pleasure to work with (incredibly helpful support and service) and to use (great UI and features, continuously improving. The integration of the performance features (feedback, goals, 1:1 notes) used throughout the year all tie back to the annual talent review making is a great 1-stop shop for People Managers. What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

There are some features that are pretty fully formed and don't allow for a tremendous amount of customization -- like Goals. With organizations that have robust Goal / OKR programs already in place it might be hard to retrofit programs into the Culture Amp module. Not impossible - but not as intuitive and straightforward as one might hope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Culture Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?

My #1 go-to in selecting Culture Amp every time, is their survey/feedback feature. The ability to use best-in-class templates for all sorts of surveys, and to successfully benchmark against other organizations with some granularity of size and industry, is a life saver. Especially since several of the times I've rolled out the Culture Amp engagement survey, it's been the first time at a new organization, and there is no benchmark or baseline.
