I like the simplicity of Cue, making it very easy to update and send out broadcasts; it just works effortlessly. The design is simple and easy to navigate, and with the AI tools and JSON capabilities, I can update the entire flow with the latest ads and vehicles in minutes. The support is also excellent, as Cue is backed by a whole team of engineers and professionals. Whenever I face issues, I can reach out directly to the right people and get it sorted quickly. I switched from Landbot to Cue because it's not only more cost-effective but also less complicated to use. The initial setup was fantastic, thanks to the dedicated team that guides you through everything and handles the onboarding seamlessly. I guess we need to get onboard with the AI. It's still kind of the old WhatsApp bot automation platform, you know, not a dynamic AI. I think they do have that, but we haven't bought into that. So yeah, obviously, when the day in the age of AI, we would like a dynamic experience with customers coming to our WhatsApp line to get, you know, recommended vehicles or recommended deals or recommended information based on the chat, having to follow a predetermined flow.
