I love how Cue enabled us to set up WhatsApp communications quickly, with zero development resources, and provided a simple portal that our ops and support teams can easily manage with minimal training. Cue is great for teams with few developer resources, as it's the perfect "out of the box" platform, but that makes it a bit more limited when trying to customize the integration and automation of WhatsApp messages. It's mostly a lack of familiarity with the developer documentation.
