"Intuitive, Scalable Low-Code Support Hub with Excellent Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cue?

Cue has an easy, intuitive interface backed by very good support. It's a scalable, low-code platform, so we don't need senior developers to work with it or manage integrations, especially simple ones like webhooks, which gives us a lot of flexibility to shape it around our needs. It acts as a central hub for support across countries and teams, and its simplicity makes it easy to manage issues and tickets. Integrating with our CRM to pull and push data as needed is another big plus. I also like how easy it is to build support flows for specific stakeholders, resolve issues before they escalate to an agent, and promote self-support among users. What do you dislike about Cue?

Cue had some early teething issues since it was a newer platform, but these have largely been resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
