What has always stood out to me is the way Cue work. They put the customer before the technology. Cue focus on creating long-term impact rather than chasing a short-term highlight reel.
They’re agile, hardworking and genuinely creative problem solvers. When there’s a challenge, they don’t just reach for the obvious answer — they take the time to understand what a customer is actually trying to achieve and find a way to make it happen.
Cue have strong industry specific knowledge which has helped them develop a product with mature, scalable AI Models and a slick UX which focuses on performance and outcomes for key stakeholders. Their integrations, onboarding team and support allow brands to differentiate and achieve value quickly.
But technology alone isn’t what makes a great partner. What makes Cue different is the people behind it and the way they choose to work. After more than four years of working together, that’s the reason I continue to hold them in such high regard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If there is one thing that holds Cue back from doing even more, it is simply the limitations that come with scale.
They have grown quickly, but importantly, they have balanced that growth with retaining the qualities that made them successful in the first place. Rather than being overly ambitious, scaling too quickly and risking a decline in quality, they have consistently chosen excellence and consistency.
That can inevitably limit how much they can take on at any one time, but I see it as a consequence of a deliberate choice: protecting the quality of their work and the experience they give their customers rather than pursuing growth at any cost.
As they continue to scale, the challenge will be finding a way to increase capacity while preserving the personal, agile and customer-first approach that makes Cue different. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
