What do you like best about Cuckoo Sandbox?

I loved their simple, easy-to-understand user interface that makes my onboarding easy. Shallow learning is needed to use this tool as it consists of familiar features that can be found in any antivirus software.<br><br>Secondly, it's open-source software that's automated and can be installed easily. I can even sync it with my android phone and get updates automatically on my dashboard on windows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cuckoo Sandbox?

One thing that bothered me first was their support or helpdesk which is also automated bots and I couldn't find their real support team helping me when I need some severe issues. Sometimes their web API stucks in between and hangs the entire system which makes frustrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cuckoo Sandbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been using some paid antivirus but most just delete the files in my system without bothering to check false positives. As I started searching for free open source antivirus tools for my website and desktop and mobile phone, I found Cuckoo sandbox.<br><br>It helped me a lot to catch malicious files and provide me details about them before quarantining them so that I have a detailed report about that file and can search more about it.
