What do you like best about CT Connect?

Made it easy for our Managers to evaluate their reps adding more science to the process of developing the sales teams. The managers that used the tool got a lot of value of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CT Connect?

It's difficult to implement change and some reps and managers are resistant to that change or the feeling that they are being watched or evaluated regularly. This is especially the case if a manager doesn't see the value of gathering the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CT Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Data is critical to understanding where you are and what you are doing. Formulating a consistent process helps with growth, and scalability and can help us identify red flags when otherwise we would only know a problem is when quota isn't obtained.
