What do you like best about CSols?

CSols was easy to work with, and they were willing to adjust the selection process to fit our schedules. They were professional throughout and provided the tools and support we needed to navigate the new vendor selection process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CSols?

The only negative I can point to was a minor misunderstanding about our workflow with our sister labs that appeared in the final strategic roadmap. We raised it in one of the last meetings, and the roadmap was updated to reflect the change, so it ultimately had no impact on the overall process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CSols:

CSols is very professional, and they have a strong understanding of how laboratories work. That was very beneficial throughout the process because we did not have to walk them through the details of our workflows. They also helped us build buy-in with staff, which can be a huge roadblock if it is not handled well. The roadmap they provided at the end is very detailed, and it will be a great help as we move forward with the selected vendor into the implementation phase.
