What do you like best about CSI?

I like that the operations of this system are pretty self explanatory. You don't have to troubleshoot for hours just to figure out the task you are trying to perform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CSI?

I do not like that sometimes this operational system runs slow. I don't know if it's a problem on my end but I have noticed at times it will lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CSI:

Take your time and explore all of the functions of this program. There are a lot of hidden features that are very beneficial, but you don't know that they are there until you play around and try out some new things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CSI solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use this software in my YMCA to handle all aspects of registrations for programs and memberships. It is great for organizing members and all of their information., It also has a great accounting counter-part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
