We now have the capability to send customer bills via SMS which was not an option for our Utility prior to working with CSG. The team at CSG has been very responsive to our needs and any issues on a very timely basis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't utilize any software around emails or SMS, but the team reports to us on a daily basis regarding reconciling records, what was delivered and those that were not which are handled systematically in our own CIS system so I suppose the Integration between our two organizations is great.
