What do you like best about CSG Xponent?

We now have the capability to send customer bills via SMS which was not an option for our Utility prior to working with CSG. The team at CSG has been very responsive to our needs and any issues on a very timely basis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CSG Xponent?

I don't utilize any software around emails or SMS, but the team reports to us on a daily basis regarding reconciling records, what was delivered and those that were not which are handled systematically in our own CIS system so I suppose the Integration between our two organizations is great. What problems is CSG Xponent solving and how is that benefiting you?

I guess the ability to build from the set up/platform we have now to keep on that continuous improvement route for our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
