I find the application programming interface of CSG Forte very straightforward, which makes it easy for our software to integrate with their application and reduce friction for our clients. We've also had phenomenal support from our representative, who has been consistently responsive and quick to address any issues that arise. The application process when we bring on new merchants needs improvement. If you run into issues where the representative was new or the situation was unusual, they were not well-versed.
