What do you like best about CSG Forte?

I find the application programming interface of CSG Forte very straightforward, which makes it easy for our software to integrate with their application and reduce friction for our clients. We've also had phenomenal support from our representative, who has been consistently responsive and quick to address any issues that arise. The initial setup of CSG Forte was also straightforward, with great documentation for the API and excellent support from our representative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CSG Forte?

The application process when we bring on new merchants needs improvement. If you run into issues where the representative was new or the situation was unusual, they were not well-versed. We often had to wait for someone with better expertise to work on the process, so we're hoping that improves with the first-level application processors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CSG Forte solving and how is that benefiting you?
