I really like CSG Forte for their technology, their integrations team, and their behind-the-scenes support team. With CSG Forte, we've been able to introduce new technologies like text to pay, email to pay, and voice to pay to our customers. It's especially helpful when dealing with government services since we can operate in both English or Spanish. The initial setup was very easy, and our technology team worked seamlessly with their team for successful integrations. We've been handling hundreds of thousands of credit card transactions and financial reporting back to the clients without any issues.
