What do you like best about CSFaaS?

It actually maps to how audits work in real life. The audit module tracks fieldwork, findings and responses in the same place as the evidence, so nothing gets lost in email threads. The evidence vault with versioning is the best part, you upload once and link files to controls instead of duplicating them everywhere. And it never feels like enterprise bloatware. The team shipped fast during the beta and actually listened to feedback, which is rare for a compliance tool. Feels like it was built by people who suffered through real audits themselves. What do you dislike about CSFaaS?

Docs were a bit thin during the beta so I had to figure some things out by poking around. More integrations would be nice too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CSFaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Evidence chaos mostly. Audits used to mean weeks of chasing screenshots, exports and policy docs across ten different places. Now everything lives in one vault, versioned and mapped to the actual controls, and auditors get scoped access instead of endless email threads with PDFs.
