What do you like best about CSAware?

It helps us with everything from order processing and billing to calendar management to delivery confirmation emails. We've been happy customers for over 15 years and over the years they've been able to keep adding upgrades to meet our changing needs and it is like having a whole office staff in 1 automated system. What do you dislike about CSAware?

What problems is CSAware solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automates billing and scheduling of subscriptions for weekly and bi weekly produce boxes. Keeps track of billing history. Allows customers to shop for add-ons and manage their delivery calendars.
