What do you like best about Crystal Practice Management?

Crystal PM is very logical, user-friendly, and customizable. When we have questions, the staff is always more than helpful! We looked at several other practice management systems, and this was by far the best. We're so happy we went with them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crystal Practice Management?

Sometimes when we need to update to the next version, we'll glitch out in another area. Usually, something that can be figured out and fixed, but we may not realize it right away. Nothing major ever, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Crystal Practice Management:

When choosing your new practice management software, I would absolutely consider Crystal PM. Their support is fantastic with any technical question or customizing the software to your needs. What problems is Crystal Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

This software makes it easier for staff to navigate. When onboarding a new staff member, training is very straightforward and simple. Previously we used a software that was not very user friendly, and the reports were minimal and not really what we needed. We love CPM reports! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
