What do you like best about Crunchafi Lease Accounting (formerly LeaseCrunch)?

What do you dislike about Crunchafi Lease Accounting (formerly LeaseCrunch)?

I dislike the operational friction around Crunchafi, not the lease-accounting output itself.

Specifically, erroneous billing for the use of demo and clunky onboarding / contract workflow (the client signer did not receive the expected DocuSign timely, and the team had no visibility into what the signer received. The onboarding process could be as simple as just getting and signing the DocuSign, without repeated involvement). Also, integration uncertainty - need a clear position on whether/ how it integrates with various ERPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Crunchafi Lease Accounting (formerly LeaseCrunch) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Crunchafi is solving the mechanics of ASC 842 lease accounting for me. It turns lease data into usable accounting outputs (amortization schedules, journal entries, and disclosure support) rather than leaving me to build and maintain that manually in Excel.
