I like Crunchafi's ability to produce practical ASC 842 outputs quickly and reliably: amortization schedules, journal entries, and full disclosure support that can actually be used for financial statement footnotes.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the operational friction around Crunchafi, not the lease-accounting output itself.
Specifically, erroneous billing for the use of demo and clunky onboarding / contract workflow (the client signer did not receive the expected DocuSign timely, and the team had no visibility into what the signer received. The onboarding process could be as simple as just getting and signing the DocuSign, without repeated involvement). Also, integration uncertainty - need a clear position on whether/ how it integrates with various ERPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
