What do you like best about Crucial Learning?

I like how it provides a clear framework for preparing for, conducting, and following up crucial conversations. I really like how accessible it is for any audience and provides examples that relate to pretty much anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crucial Learning?

The only thing I don't like about Crucial Learning is that as a facilitator, the learning platform can be tricky to handle. I wish there were more options for lesson customization, and a way to integrate the supplementary video content into the presentations seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Crucial Learning:

Crucial Learning, specifically crucial conversations for accountability, is a huge benefit for any organization. I have had the opportunity to use the skills continuously, both in and outside of work, and it has strengthened my relationships and made me better at handling conflict. To anyone thinking of taking the course, I recommend that you absolutely apply what you learn, start small, and gain confidence in your ability to use the tools. Crucial Learning has helped me and many others in my organization to better handle tough conversations.
