Crucial Learning is solving the problem of counterproductive-ness. Crucial Conversations prevents people from avoiding difficult conversations, or having those conversations end in an unproductive turnout. Getting Things Done helps people accomplish goals instead of completing busy work. This benefits our organization as a healthcare company because every day at work there are difficult conversations to be had with patients, family members, team members, managers, and more.
