What do you dislike about CrowdStrike Charlotte AI?

The least useful aspect of Charlotte AI is its exclusive reliance on telemetry and data already natively integrated within the CrowdStrike Falcon platform. If the security infrastructure has third-party tools, firewalls, or identity logs that do not send data to Falcon (or its Next-Gen SIEM), Charlotte is completely blind to that context, fragmenting visibility into incidents that cross multiple domains. What problems is CrowdStrike Charlotte AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

It resolves operational issues of alert fatigue, slow context gathering, and technical learning curve by processing complex telemetry and enabling threat hunting through natural language.
