I really like Crowdin's interface; it's very nice and easy to navigate through projects. I love using shortcuts, and the approval and proofreading combinations are handy. The ability to export words into an XML format for analysis is great. I also appreciate creating terms so I don't have to recall them every time. It's precise and reliable, and I can compare translations across different languages for more context. The automatic translations are a huge help as they are more accurate with AI, allowing for quick approvals. It's also easy to use with a simple login process through Google verification. I honestly don't have much to dislike about Crowdin. I'm not able to fully evaluate certain features, like notifications, because those aren't enabled for me, which is a company decision, not the tool's fault. With all the improvements I've seen over the three years I've used it, nothing really stands out as a problem for me.
