What do you like best about CrowdHandler?

The website was easy to use and implement with our project, it had all the tools we needed at the right price. We were easily able to integrate into our website with Wordpress, and having the tool enabled our website to maintain great performance during high traffic moments. What do you dislike about CrowdHandler?

After signing up for the free trial, we decided to pick a plan, but then lost all free trial features that wasn't disclosed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CrowdHandler solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our website is running a conference and every year there is a registration opening day, hundreds of users come to the website at the same time, 12pm and login to order registrations and add-ons. Performance degrades significantly, and the server needs a restart. One hosting company wanted 12K dollars to provide 100% uptime for the event, so we found this service which puts users in a waiting room and it worked flawless, for way less cost.
