What do you like best about Crossover for Work?

I love the transparency of working w/Crossover - From an employees perspective you have transparency into your work and hours. Want to know how to be better at your job? See what you spend most of your time on? Crossover analytics can help take you to the next level. From an employers perspective - nothing is harder than trying to find good talented sales reps. Crossover screens candidates who go through a very rigorous vetting process - & they manage the HR side of not only finding your talent but managing your talent as well. What do you dislike about Crossover for Work?

Nothing negative as of yet. Very responsive team. If I need to recommend something It would be to be something along the lines of helping your candidates manage multiple offers. This part can be a bit confusing in the beginning. I'd also like to see each of the reps faces in the "team" room sitting on the computers. :) Help to personalize the experience a bit more. What problems is Crossover for Work solving and how is that benefiting you?

HR - Time to fill, time to productivity, saving money on recruiter and job boards. Time and efficiency. Also, management of payroll and day to day operations of the "little" things that add up i.e. hours worked, overtime etc. Individual - This part of HR is separated from day to day business so you're able to get your questions answered quickly and efficiently w/out all the internal red tape Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
