What do you like best about Crossfuze TFS Integration?
Croosfuze TFS gave me the opportunity to integrate the data flow between TFS and my ServiceNow environment. When the automated workflows have been configured, the incident tickets in the ServiceNow are then populated with TFS work item information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Crossfuze TFS Integration?
The drawback that Cross fuze TFS Integration has is that it has no granular control on data mapping. One problem that we encountered was how to link a unique identifier of a custom TFS field for our development team with a similar field in ServiceNow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
