I really value having access to customer support and the Crossfire EDI portal. It's not just useful for creating SSCC shipping labels but also for mapping new orders to customer entries in our inventory management system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface for the SSCC shipping label configuration could be improved. The UI is lacking contrast, as the details for each carton are displayed on a similar color to the background, making it difficult to see each section clearly. Also, some of the fields are not uniformly aligned, causing their position to change depending on the length of the text beside them. It would be better to lock them into columns that can be dragged and hide text where required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
