I use Crono mainly to find email addresses of prospect clients and to run sales campaigns. It helps me better profile the database and I appreciate the ability to find new contacts. Additionally, it allows me to run campaigns and work on analytics, which is very useful for identifying who has the most interest in our services and creating ad hoc campaigns for these contacts. There have been some details that we reported and gradually they have been fixed. The TOP thing would be to integrate our Microsoft CRM with Crono to have both databases aligned. Additionally, the initial configuration process is easy but not very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
