"CRO Jungle Revamped Our Site"

4.5/5

What do you like best about CROJungle?

Being a startup founder, I was new to working within the webdev field. There were many industry gold-standard practices that I was unfamiliar with, and the CROJungle team were highly patient in guiding me through the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CROJungle?

They are a popular company, and handle multiple projects. Their response times can be inconsistent. If working with them, stress communication expectations early. Since working with them, they have changed their communication practices I believe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CROJungle:

If you are new to startups/business, but need an updated website, go with CROJungle as a one-stop-shop. They facilitated everything throughout the website process including software implementation and getting the site live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CROJungle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our original website was terrible at converting. Google Analytics showed high-bounce rate. Worked with CROJungle to design customer-optimised journey plan, and translated this into the wireframe -> UX -> UI of the final site. They even provided complementary advice on automation suggestions and helped to implement this to boost the site effectiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
