At Capillary Technologies, we handle a large volume of customer requests and sales-related Jira tickets every week. CRM for Jira – Customers and Sales has been extremely useful because it allows us to link customer records directly to Jira issues. For example, when working on an access-related request for a client brand, I can instantly see their past tickets, contact details, and account information without leaving Jira.

This helps me respond faster and ensures I have full context before making changes. The integration with our existing Jira workflows also means I can assign, comment, and update both the ticket and customer record in one place, saving significant time during daily operations. Honestly, there’s very little to dislike about CRM for Jira – Customers and Sales. At Capillary Technologies, it blends so well into our Jira workflows that it feels like a native feature. The only small thing I could mention is that exploring all the advanced features takes some time because it offers so many capabilities. But in a way, that’s a positive — once you learn them, you realize how much more efficiently you can manage customer and sales data inside Jira. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
