What do you like best about Critical Mention?

The reports that I've been able to generate are terrific. I've received excellent feedback from those with whom I've shared various reports. (The reports have made me look good.) I also really like the media value that is attached to individual stories that Critical Mention picks up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Critical Mention?

Occasionally there are stories that, for some reason, Critical Mention misses. Perhaps I need to add some additional search parameters. Maybe I'm still in the learning curve of determining how to use the tool most effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Critical Mention solving and how is that benefiting you?

As we are now distributing our monthly media report in a digital format, we've realized significant efficiencies and saving lots of paper.
