It is a quick and useful tool to mass test candidates quickly. The user interface is simple to use, and can be integrated (albeit at cost) with HRIS systems. Candidates do tend to dislike the psychometric focus sometimes. The reporting can be a little clunky- it sometimes shows different results on the excel spreadsheet data versus the dashboard. There is a lack of AI integration too providing insights to support interviews.
