What do you like best about Criteria?

What I like best about Criteria is how easy the platform is to use for both administrators and candidates. The user experience is intuitive, assessments are straightforward to manage, and reporting is clear and easy to interpret. The platform fits well into our hiring workflow, provides reliable performance, and delivers meaningful insights that help support hiring decisions without adding complexity to the process. It also helps us efficiently evaluate large candidate volumes, creating value through better-informed hiring decisions while minimizing manual effort. Onboarding was smooth, support has been responsive when needed, and the intelligence provided through the assessment results gives hiring teams actionable information they can use with confidence. What do you dislike about Criteria?
