I use Crexi to obtain detailed property information, including zoning, tenants, owner, date purchase, purchase price, and location. Crexi makes finding the owners and contact information super easy. It also helps me quickly assess whether a property will be right for my client based on the zoning parameters. What I like the most about Crexi is that the information is the most accurate. Other platforms often have the owner information, but it is outdated. Crexi's information is always fresh and updated. I just started using the AI, and it is helpful in summarizing comps and putting it into a report that I can share with my client. It is not standard since I can ask it to pull from a variety of information. I do believe that the search has improved over the last year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The filters really need work. They aren't as user friendly as other platforms. Also, finding an address is sometimes a bit clunky. When I have a new property to search, I don't start in Crexi. I start in CoStar to get my initial information. After that, I jump into Crexi to get all of the info that the other platform is missing or has out of date. I do wish I could get more used to the filters and searching to save that one step. I don't like that I type in the address and it wouldn't come up unless I select sale, lease, or public record. I should be able to pull up the address and then see if it is for sale, lease, or just the public record. That should be the core of the platform. I do believe that search has improved over the last year. It took a little bit to get used to and I have a decade of software experience.
