Crewmojo is a very flexible platform for managing people within your organisation. They have a wide range of features including "Shout Out", "Objectives" and "Check-ins". The objective tracking is very customizable and allows you to change the duration and metric with high granularity. The integration with Slack is very useful. The tool generally works as expected. There are some minor hiccups, such as being unexpectedly logged out of the platform, and sometimes it can be difficult to search up colleagues in the company if their nickname / english name does not match up with their email address.
