"Invaluable Tool for CSAT Collection and Employee Rewards"

5/5

What do you like best about Crewhu?

Crewhu makes it easy to collect CSAT data from customers and to reward employees. We use it on a daily basis and find it invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crewhu?

Using their gift card purchasing system is expensive. Otherwise I don't think I would change a thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Crewhu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Crewhu provides valuable insight into our customer satisfaction levels. It allows us to track how frequently customers submit surveys and to review the scores they provide. The platform can automatically direct positive survey responses to external third-party review sites. Employees are rewarded automatically for receiving good scores, and we also have the option to give individual shout-outs with extra points when someone exceeds expectations.
