The reporting stats are also a big plus for me. They provide really insightful reports that are generated automatically, which I love. The website and tools are really easy to navigate, which makes the experience smooth. The platform gives me really good quick look stats at things like engagement that are pretty difficult to find elsewhere or calculate through native platforms. I also just love the creator landing pages where you can see everything at a quick glance. The initial setup was really easy, and the CreatorIQ staff were very helpful. **What do you dislike about CreatorIQ?** I don't use CreatorIQ for marketing right now. The back end to figure out contracts and to get creators onboarded into the platform is a little bit of a headwind. But that's mostly because I haven't used it very much yet. **What problems is CreatorIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use CreatorIQ to gather campaign stats and report them. It has great tools for finding and vetting creators with insightful reports generated automatically. It provides quick look stats for engagement, which are hard to find elsewhere. ### 2. NextGen does not feel as intuitive as Legacy did, and the filters don't seem as good as they used to. **What problems is CreatorIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** CreatorIQ houses all our influencer campaigns in one ecosystem and removes all the manual work that would be needed to track the success of a campaign. The platform itself is also very intuitive, the dashboard is easy to navigate and makes managing payments seamless. I like how easy it is to pay creators and how easy it is for the money to land in our account once the funds have landed. **What do you dislike about CreatorIQ?** One issue I've encountered is with the payments, when there’s an error or delay in payments, I’ve not been notified proactively. There have been a few instances where I only became aware of a problem because creators followed up about missing payments. It would be really helpful if the platform could alert users immediately when something goes wrong with a transaction so we can address it before creators have to chase us. However, the customer support team have been on hand to resolve the issues when they have arisen. **What problems is CreatorIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using CreatorIQ, paying creators through our internal systems was a slow and time-consuming process. Setting each creator up as a vendor took a lot of admin and our standard payment terms were much longer than what's typically expected in the creator space. CreatorIQ has completely streamlined that process for us.
