The most valuable feature for me has been the URL-to-Video workflow. Creatify can pull branding, product imagery, and messaging directly from my website, then quickly generate several usable script angles. I also like being able to replace those suggestions with my own script and assets, which saves a lot of time compared with building every ad from scratch. The more advanced Agent/Ad Flow tools are impressive for storyboarding and creative planning, though their credit usage can add up quickly, so the streamlined video workflow has been the most practical day-to-day benefit. Their support was very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest drawback has been credit transparency. Creatify advertises low-cost video generation, but the Agent/Ad Flow workflows can consume dramatically more credits for planning and storyboarding before a finished video is produced. In my case, I burned through a significant number of credits before realizing the final render would cost far more than expected. The product would be much better if it showed a clear estimated total credit cost before each workflow begins, especially for Agent and Ad Flow, and distinguished those costs more clearly from standard Video Ad generation. I’d also like fewer unnecessary pauses and approval loops during creative planning. Sometimes the system feels like it is over processing a straightforward ad instead of getting to a usable result quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
