One thing I like about Creately is the increased use of AI for creating and transforming the diagrams. So it makes much faster and easier development to turn your ideas or requirements into visual diagrams. I also like the improvement of collaboration and smart connectors and the ability to work with external data. This helps the overall design and planning process. I would like to see more flexibility in the free version, especially for copying and using multiple images as it is limited right now. Increasing the import limit would make it easier for new users to choose and also create and test detailed wireframes before deciding to upgrade.
