What do you like best about CrawlNow?

The biggest advantage for me was the time saved on repetitive collection. Instead of going through websites one by one, I could use CrawlNow when a task called for information from several web sources. It made those smaller data-related requests easier to manage alongside my regular support responsibilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrawlNow?

My use of the platform was fairly specific to web-data requirements, so I didn’t have a reason to use it for every type of task I handle in IT support. Because of that, I don’t have much firsthand experience with some of its broader capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CrawlNow:

If web-data requests are a recurring part of your workload, it can be a useful way to avoid spending unnecessary time on manual website-by-website collection.
