What do you like best about Cratejoy?

If you're wanting to start a subscription service, Cratejoy is truly the best option in my opinion. It's literally made for subscription commerce and they're always working on something new and improving on existing features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cratejoy?

Reporting isn't what it should be and if you want to run a true e-commerce business on the side, it's not the best. I do think they are now working with Shopify but, I haven't experienced that. It also sucks that their marketplace typically comes in higher on search - they get more $ from subscribers coming through their marketplace - you get less. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Cratejoy:

I'd think about whether or not you really want to do just subscription or if you want to run an e-commerce shop, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cratejoy solving and how is that benefiting you?

None as of right now. The client I work with is migrating complete to Shopify and ReCharge because of issues with Cratejoy. They have been helpful with the migration, however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
