"Best Ease of Use Cloud Backup Around"

4/5

What do you like best about CrashPlan SMB?

The reliability and features it has. The price isn't bad as well for multiple tiers of service. Also file versioning is a HUGE bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrashPlan SMB?

Not being able to download directly from the webpage. Also it can be confusing for users to know where their restores are. The desktop app needs some UI tweaks in my humble opinion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CrashPlan SMB:

Just get it. The felling of getting your files back after thinking all is lost is indescribable. You really can't put a price on that peace of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CrashPlan SMB solving and how is that benefiting you?

Backups for users who are the road a lot and for smaller customers I consult for that don't have a network infrastructure. Using it once I realized that having a reliable backup of files in the cloud is priceless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
