What do you like best about CrashPlan SMB?

Crashplan is one of the few backup solutions for Mac (we provide nearly 100% Mac based support) that has a comprehensive display panel where we can view all users, devices and organizations. We can also restore files directly to the user, from the panel, which is invaluable. Crashplan is easy to install/uninstall and manage. In the occasion that we have had an issue we have not been able to solve, Crashplan support has been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrashPlan SMB?

Occasionally a user might not be backing up and it may take a bit to troubleshoot. However, there is quite a bit of information in the console to aid diagnostics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
