What do you like best about CrashPlan Platform?

We have been using CrashPlan Platform to protect endpoint devices and Microsoft 365 data in our organization. One feature I use regularly is restoring PST data for users who accidentally delete or lose emails. The cloud-to-cloud backup for Microsoft 365 is straightforward to configure, and the management console makes it easy to monitor backup status. What do you dislike about CrashPlan Platform?

The initial backup for devices with large amounts of data can take longer than expected. I would also like to see more detailed reporting and additional filtering options in the management dashboard to make troubleshooting easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CrashPlan Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

CrashPlan helps us protect endpoint devices and Microsoft 365 data from accidental deletion, device failure, and user errors. The restore process has reduced the time required to recover user data and gives our team confidence that important business information can be recovered when needed.
