What do you like best about CrankWheel?

What do you dislike about CrankWheel?

What problems is CrankWheel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gaining a client's trust is what determines whether you sell or not in my business. I used to use another platform that was difficult for clients to handle. The problem this solves is that before they couldn't easily connect to my screen; now everyone can do it through a text message and a link that allows them to see my screen and, if the client requests, see me as well.
