I love that CraftedStays is an integrated solution for one-stop booking and professional, customizable website. The customer service is top notch, and even as the company has grown, I get the same level of service as before. I find the backend photo section clunky, and it’s not quick to move from one photo to another. I can’t tell in the thumbnail view whether a photo is vertical or horizontal.
