What do you like best about Craftable?

What I like best about Craftable is having everything in one place and being able to easily see what’s happening across multiple locations. It gives us better visibility into food costs, inventory, invoices, and purchasing without having to dig through multiple systems. The reporting also makes it easier to identify issues and trends quickly, which is extremely helpful from an above-store operations standpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Craftable?

What I dislike about Craftable is that it can take some time to learn and navigate, especially for new users. Certain workflows are not always as intuitive as they could be, and making updates across multiple locations can sometimes feel repetitive. While the reporting is helpful, it would be nice to have more flexibility and customization in some areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Craftable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Craftable helps us solve a lot of the challenges that come with managing inventory and food costs across multiple locations. It gives us better visibility into purchasing, inventory levels, price changes, and overall food cost so we can identify issues before they become bigger problems. It also helps us hold our locations more accountable and make decisions based on actual data instead of guessing.
